eight months later uveitis is almost better
i can wear my lens now
but have been left with large odd shaped pupil and high presure still in left eye

side effects from the uveitis

luckily it doesnt seem to have made my KC worse

i had to go back to hospital today as ive been up all night in pain

just have to carry on with all the drops every 2 hours

at least i can wear my right lens

i am having another bad attack of uvitis in my left eye again, so cant wear my lens at all

i feel really fed up with it, i just hope it doesnt make the KC worse again this time.

i should also say about dark wrap around glasses they keep the pollen out of your eyes ( and cover up sore red eyes) in my case

i know how you feel this last week has been a nightmare

i take antihistamins, i use optanol eye drops, and flexonase nasel spray but i still suffer on bad days

i think a cold flannel over your eyes for ten minutes feels great if you can

i am 50 and have had KC in both eyes for 30 years , my left eye has started to get worse since i had uveitis 15 months ago, i dont know if it would have happened anyway or was due to the uveitis, would be great to here from anyone else who has had same problem
