Many thanks everyone. I wear sunglasses most of the time even when it is not sunny. I feel they proctect my right eye which is only very slightly effected by KC, my left eye is the worst of the two. Sunglasses
Hi there
I find wearing sunglasses helps reduce the glare in bright sunlight. Is it better to buy Ray Ban for example rather than buying a cheap pair? Or can anyone suggest a brand that is good for KC suffers.

Re: Eye Clinic or Optician
Thanks Helen
. Some years ago I tried glasses but they did not improve the vision. When I had an eye test about a month ago thats when I found out I have KC, the optician didn't feel I needed contacts just yet.

Eye Clinic or Optician
Hi
My KC is fairly mild, can someone tell me is it better to be referred to an eye clinic or just have it checked yearly at the optician. I have a good optician who has high tech equipment and was able to photograph the KC and will be able to monitor progress.
