UK Keratoconus Self-Help and Support Association

I managed to get a reply from them fairly recently that mentions they have completed a large animal study which was very successful and that they are still trying to get funding before they can move to human trials.

While searching on the internet and other reddit posts ive come across an eye drop called pachymatrix that is being developed by Auckland University which can strengthen\reshape the corneas of those who have keratoconus.
