I tried for months with the whole blinking method. after two trips to A and E at 2 am i gave up with blinking. Spoke to my Optometrist and he gave me a different cleaning solution to use and told me to get some "Blink" eye drops. They worked a treat and was able to blink my lens out no problem and no pain whatsoever.
