Any place to get a topo in Londo?

Hello friends.

Just a simple question, do you know of any place in London to get a ORBSCAN topography or similar relatively easy? I just needed one now and getting it from a doctor is too slow/expensive.

thank you very much

Re: Intacs, Before or After Collagen Crosslinking?

Hello riz, just wanted to say a few words. Your vision can get worse after the C3R but in the majority of cases improves. You probably could achieve the same vision you have now or even better and the contact fit would be easier. Furthermore you will probably have slightly less aberrations. About wh...

I completely disagree with so many points in that article. clinical evidence that it actually stops progression and reverses the disease is questionable at best There have been extensive and clear research about it. And in my personal experience has been a success. There is also currently lack of st...

Hello Louise, Well this is not a reply for your question but I'd like to say that the standard C3R procedure has been shown to be completely safe. However there is some concerns about undergoing the operation not removing the epithelium... but even this modification hasn't been proved to be unsafe. ...

I have researched a little about the clinic and the reports are fairly impressive... therefore I would probably trust them for my INTACs implant.

Just another question dpless if you don't mind. What was your vision before the op and now? I think driving standard is 20/40... is that right?

Congrats dplees, good news and thank you for your report.

I'd like to ask you a pair of questions if you don't mind.

Could you comment the cost of the op?
and... Did they give you any reason why they choose Intacs over Ferrara rings?

I think that the pressence of halos after the INTACS is rare now. Hello Eddie, I would like to help anyway I can. It is widely agreed that the graft is the last resort so you should try everything else first. The problems about the graft are the following: - Major operation - Rejection problems - Lo...

6/9 with glasses sounds quite good , what about the irregular astigmatism after the graft? if you are able to wear glasses I suppose you don't have heavy ghosting etc etc which I think is the best improvement
