Andrew - what sort of eye shield do you wear? I sleep face down, with my head turned slightly to the side, and I often wake up aware of lying with a lot of pressure on my eye, which can't be good for it. Would an eye shield help with this? If so, where would I get one?

Two weeks ago I had pain in my left eye (the one which has the worse KC), so had an emergency appointment with my optician.
