Hi Anna, Don't know if my experience is any use to you, i had a cataract removed from my grafted eye about near enough 2 years ago! Consultant decided to opt for a lens that would enable me to see distances rather than close up, his words were along the lines of 'so you can see what bus is coming'!!...

I'm 2 and a bit years post graft and still cant see any letters without pinholes (or a contact lens), so dont get too upset just yet, it takes time :)

Hi Rosemary, I too have developed a cataract after graft. I was on Maxidex for well over yr and half post op. Got fitted with a lens in grafted eye by optician back in September. He recommended that as long as I am getting decent vision with the lens, I should delay getting the cataract removed. Hav...
