This is wonderful news........ I am so pleased for you. But at the same time I can't understand how you where ever mis-diagnosed. All those years you have spent with this on your mind! Surely this shouldn't happen? Good luck to you.

Thank you piper i will try the pad. Sometimes common sense just escapes me (me a nurse too, how shameful)
It's so easy when i'm looking after patients but when it's happeneing to me i just cant seem to think straight

No redness no visual signs of any problems. but very irritating. On Friday night though, i was playing with my dog. He jumped up on me suddenly and i closed my eyes really tight. It all seems to have stemed from this.
