Found a few with the same problem but no solution.

Dont want to misdirect you, but if you have or can create a loadStyleSheet function or similar you could try attaching/increasing the timeout value.

It sounds like you have a timing issues, with the page loading before the style sheet. If you could get the style sheet to load first, the the page data to load after the it might help, but not sure how to do this. I will look in to it.

ps I changed to the subsiler2 setting and I didnt need to refresh, so there might be a clue thier somwhere - hope that helps
