i use boston simplus. just drop your lenses in case full of the solution in evening and then clean with the solution in the morning before inserting. it also has built in protein remover. i have used asda branded solution in the past which i found to be the best but they dont make it anymore. also t...

when i was first fitted with rgps, i was told the plunger is only for emergencies. i only use it if my lens happens to play hide and seek under my eyelids.

in terms of ordinary lens removal i have no problem in lifting the eyelid and blinking the lens out
