Hi Derek
In my case I put in 1 drop per eye about 10 minutes before putting in my lenses in the morning. Occasionally if my lenses need a freshen up in the early evening I put in another drop of systane then.

Amazing how many of us are twins! Mine is 7 minutes younger than my 58 years but luckily for him he has never shown any KC symptoms. Only fair when I got all the looks and the brains !! ( joke )
