Delighted Ash was "enabled" to do that. Probably thanks to this charity https://www.blindveterans.org.uk/ The majority of us of course are not blind veterans and unlikely to have the income to do that or surpass it. The reality for most is probably provided by Loopy Lou in her latest post ...

Useful source of information. I found ACAS to be biased towards employers as is the employment tribunal system which is traumatising.
