The eye test (at 4 weeks) is just out of curiosity! I've been told do one at 2 months and one at 3 and if it's stable to go with that

Procedure: pain free, took about an hour. epi-off. Day 0: on way back from hospital was very sensitive to light and very blurry - I had someone take me home otherwise would not have managed. Once I got home the anaesthetic drops had worn off and the pain started. I knew it was going to be bad and it...

After much stressing and thinkng I finally went ahead with cross linking in both eyes! Here's a little update if you find it useful: Procedure: pain free, took about an hour. How did the second eye go?

Moorfields have confirmed they want to do both my eyes at the same time. I queried this as their own leaflet (NHS) said they leave 7 days between each eye but the consultants secterary rang back and said its up to me

Astigmatism from about age 25
Last year L -1.75, R -1.75
Last week L - 1.75 R -4.5

How Long is a fair amount? I've been told a couple of weeks and I should be back at work??

Thanks for the replies. I haven't had scans for progression. Had astigmatism since age 24 and has been stable at R-1.5 L-1.75. Then last week on a routine eye check it had gone to R-3.25 and L-4.25. Had one scan with some other numbers - K number??? Which was R46 L 48. Should I have another scan bef...
