Twitter?

Any tweeters in here? As an up and coming stand up comedian I'm all over Twitter, it's a good way to connect and network.

I'm @StandardSteven if anyone is a user and would like to follow.

Re: Any football nuts on here?

Ahh, a Leeds fan. You enjoying life under Neil Warnock, we owe a lot to him. A bit surprised with the Diouf capture though.

PSG are gonna be an absolute force, if they can finalise that Lucas Moura deal they're gonna be quite a monster club, I missed that first game though.

Just got first pair of glasses.

I've just got my first pair of glasses, while I wait for my appointment at the eye centre for the 29th of Sept. How long will it take for my eyes to get used to this new way of looking? I'm still getting some ghosting, just wondering if that's normal or just something to expect due to the KC. Everyt...

Re: Computer screens and TV.

Thanks for replying.

Will glasses help relax my eyes at all and maybe take away some of the strain while I'm waiting for my appointment to come around?

Computer screens and TV.

Hi, I've been waiting to see my doctor for a while and I've finally got an appointment on the 24th of September. I have been diagnosed with Keratoconus but I have no contacts or glasses or anything yet, so I'm already worrying (as I do) that my Keratoconus is moving more rapidly day to day because o...

How manageable can Keratoconus be?

I know it seems a broad question but I haven't really been able find out. How 'normal' (horrible word) can life be with Keratocomus? Sorry for the broad question but I'm the panicky type, I tend to ask these questions.

Steven.

Re: To all who have joined this forum recently

Thanks Anne,

After going through the forum, glancing topics and whatnot (you're all lovely by the way) I've realised that Keratoconus isn't as life altering as I first thought.

I will indeed send an email over.

Thanks.

Steven

Any football nuts on here?

Sorry if it's a duplicate topic. I thought as I reckon that I'm probably gonna be on this forum quite a bit I'd see if there were any football fans on here to banter with?

I'm a QPR fan myself.

Re: To all who have joined this forum recently

Hi everyone, I'm Steven, 22 years old and was diagnosed with Keratoconus literally today and I'm still in the 'scared' stage of not really knowing all the facts. From what I've got at the moment I've found out that it does not cause blindness which was my main fear, however extreme that may seem. I'...
