Very best of luck. I sleep on my front which I was dreading after my graft. As it turns out I couldn't consciously change my sleeping position however the eye shield was effective in protecting my eye and stopping me putting pressure on my eye. Good luck with the graft and do be prepared for periods...

Andrew - this is so amazing - I so wish it had been around when I was diagnosed although not sure the Internet was around then so that may have been a contributory factor!!! What about a chapter dealing with the emotional impact upon self and nearest and dearest?
