Private messaging confusion

Postby cath_317 » Fri 30 Mar 2012 10:48 am

Hi,

I tried sending a PM the other day and it said it sent but the message is in my outbox and not the sent messages folder. Does this mean it's not sent? How can I fix it?

Thanks
Cath

Hi, I'm a newbie, just registered today, I'm researching for my son who has KC. I read some posts from "michaell" and I wanted to contact him privately, but when I went to his profile and
clicked on "contact michaell" nothing happened. I was logged in. What is the issue here? Thanks.

The easiest way to send a PM is to click on the PM button underneath the person's details beside one of their posts. Let us know if this doesn't work. And if you'd like our basic information booklet about KC and the DVD of our 2009 conference which covered the various options in more detail, just PM me with your postal address or e-mail anne@keratoconus-group.org.uk
