Advice on recovering from hydrops episode

Hi everyone,

I'm new to the group and looking for some advice.

I've been wearing a scleral lens for just over a year now but unfortunately suffered a hydrops last Monday.

I've been prescribed the hypertonic saline and advised that 10-12 weeks is the current best guess for recovery but today was my first day back at work and I didn't find it easy.

I work with computers and, unsurprisingly I suppose, now I have a dreadful headache. The eye is still painfully sore.

Does anyone have any advice on how to minimise the pain while recovering?
