Best Surgeon

As I mentioned before, I am considering having a graft or potentially Intacs or Ferrara Rings. I live in the United States in Boston.

Does anyone know what is the best way to go about finding the best surgeon possible to speak with about this?

Hello Brent

Life is different in the UK where we still do not have an open market in medicine. However, in the United States I reckon your best first point of call would be your Family's General Medical Practitioner.

Check the hospitals in your area. You have good teaching hospitals in Boston; your family doc may even have interned at one of them! Find out which one offers a specialist cornea clinic.

Meanwhile you could ask your optician, optometerist or contact lens specialist.

All the best.
