Information please-“BostonSight® PROSE” lenses

Hi all
Has anyone tried “BostonSight® PROSE” lenses? [US made, not marketed in the UK]
What’s the difference between them and Scleral lenses found in the UK?
Are they better for dry eyes because they create a “liquid reservoir” [saline] between the lens and the cornea?
