shame this fails to happen in practice time and time again. For me to read print it has to be at least size 48 preferably higher and ideally light blue paper for my dyslexia, but time and tme again the NHS tell me "we are a Green hospital we can't print that much paper" so they fail ..

Sad to hear that Lea but not surprised. even the signage and notices at NHS Eye Hospitals dont comply.

So what about those with no severe or partial sight registration?

when I asked for things to be emailed to me which is actually my prefered format due to being legally blind they always tell me be it the hospital for different things, my gp even the dentist they cant send them by email as it may breach data protection, to which I remind them "what about the letters you send to the WRONG address!"
