does anyone no of any tempory fixes that can make my symptoms easier to handle as got to wait 8 weeks to be refered again to see my consultant as was discharged because of a error they made and at the moment my current backup glasses prescription is way off so they don't do anything and the opticians wont prescribe me any without permission from the consultant,
my thought is wearing a eye patch to let my ok eye do the work so I am not seeing multiple of everything that's making me feel sick and dizzy.

Re: tempory fixes
I'm sorry to hear that you have been discharged by mistake and I hope that you don't have to wait too long for an appointment.
I'm surprised that the opticians won't prescribe another pair of glasses for you as most people who get contact lenses from a hospital for their KC are reminded to get a full eye test from a High Street opticians.
I'm not sure if wearing an eye patch would help; but it could be worth a try.
