does anyone know how many stitches are done with transplant

in a full normal graft how many stitches does the surgeon dr do?
i know there is one "shoe lace" one all around and then extra stitches

A surgeon will either do a 'running stitch' (with or without extra stitches) or 16 individual stitches. There's a diagram here http://www.moorfieldsresearch.org.uk/or ... _Graft.htm
