Thanks and well done for posting saima123, an exciting discovery?, further evidence that this website is a huge resource and asset for the KC community.
Could this be a huge breakthrough and discovery in the treatment of KC and discovering the cause?
If your on the transplant waiting list is it worth delaying it until the outcome is known?

It was really amazing to find an article written in the Metro which we read on the way to the forum! It was even better when I informed two of the speakers about it and was told by one of them how brilliant it was to come to our group as a professional and learn something new from us!! Wow!!
It does sound like a brilliant discovery and really hoping it helps improve on the outcome of corneal transplants!!

Thank you for sharing this link. This is the doctor that did my DALK transplant last year so I was very interested to read it. It is very reassuring to know that my eye is in such safe hands!!
