it will hurt for a bit. and be sensitive to light. rest it and relax. perhaps listen to audiobooks if you can get hold of some- much easier to handle than TV

Hi Emorfa,
I think you will need to buy the RGPs from a qualified and experienced optician as they need to ensure that the lenses fit properly. i wouldn't recommend getting the first pair over the internet.... maybe replacement lenses if neccessary.

hi see 595, sorry about your trouble with hard lenses... there is always a breaking in period and they do feel like glass in your eye when you start wearing them.... try to stay calm and keep going. small periods (baby steps). my 'tricks' are: wet the lens.... put a drop of solution in the lens. bal...

hiya, i am not sure what that is but i know my specialist often turns my eyelids inside out to look for 'lumps'. make sure they have a look at your next appointment..
