Interested to read about your stage definition not come across that before can you enlighten us on what all the stages of progression of KC are.
What is stage 1-2 and stage 3?

The key question is what stage of progression does keratoconus become diagnosed professionally as "Advanced KC"?

What is the objective criteria?
