I too would be grateful for any tips, as Adam since my graft, where possible someone has done the drops for me but obviously sometimes I need to do my own and do seen to struggle :(

had a phone call early this morning, from the hospital. Transplant has been postponed and is now likely to be mid January. All in all a very bad day for me and the family, arriving at mum and dads mid morning today following receiving the call from hospital (Thursday) with a few bits of shopping for...
