I took it very easy but once the vision was a bit better I went on various walks, progressively getting longer.
Weight exercise was something I went back to a couple of months after. Again, light progression was key, overdoing it never seemed a good idea!

The training can be brutal, I remember doing it when I was going for the forces! I really hope they give you a chance, I don’t think you can blanket ban KC as it has so many different levels and effects on people. Good luck!

I have KC in both eyes but they are at different levels of KC so quite unbalanced which is what I think causes some of my dizziness. I’ve also been suffering visual snow for the last 7 months which doesn’t help! Having the unbalanced eyes might be a cause of your dizziness but definitely something t...

I’m in Scotland and, as Lia says, the pathway was a referral to the hospital through my optician (the GP can do it too) and I was thereafter referred from there to an optometrist specialising in KC and got lenses that way.
