Hi Definately avoid lifting and bending (and be careful with the Christmas Crackers, you don't want a cheap keyring, pencil sharpener or whatever catching you in the eye) I personally felt pretty tired for a week or so after my transplant but hopefully you should be OK to enjoy normal Christmas fest...
